1. All appropriate genetic clearances – OFA Hips/elbows and yearly eye clearances.
2. We feel that to have successful breeding to try as many times as possible to breed your dog. It is important to try and breed your dog every other day from about the eleventh day on. We should be able to breed a minimum of two times before your dam goes out of heat. The days that we would try breeding would be the 11th, 13th, and 15th day, on the appropriate day according to the history of your bitch, or when appropriate progesterone levels are reached as reported by the bitch owner's veterinarian.  
3. We guarantee at least two live puppies from the breeding. If you do not have at least two live pups than we will give you a free breeding at your dams next heat cycle.  We will provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating, at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner.
4. The stud fee is due in full when you pick up your bitch to take her home after breeding.  Payment is expected at this time unless some other agreement is arranged. The stud fee also covers the cost of boarding and feeding the bitch, and travel to and from the airport.
5. The litter registration will be signed promptly and return to bitch owner.
6. CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
   1. Provide bitch owner with a complete 4 generation pedigree of the dog
   2. Take good care of the bitch while in our charge
   3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition and current clearances                                           
   4. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.

WE WILL TAKE ALL PERCAUTIONS NECESSARY TO PROTECT YOUR DOG AS WELL AS OUR DOG.

1. All appropriate genetic clearances to be obtained -- OFA Hips Yearly eye clearances (mandatory) OFA elbows (*strongly* encouraged)
2. It is important to bring your dog at the appropriate time for breeding.  If you are not sure of what day of season she is in, you should have a progesterone test done at a veterinarian skilled in reproduction.  Usually the owner wishes to leave their female here for the duration, however, if the female is extremely distressed (to the point of possibly injuring herself), she will be crated for her protection.    If the owner is planning to bringing the female and taking her home, she will need to come at least twice during the heat cycle. Please set up a time with us so that you can be here for at least 1-2 hours. Breeding does take time and can go quicker but we need plenty of time to try for a successful "tie." Progesterone tests on the bitch, adds to the cost of providing the stud service, but it pretty much guarantees a litter of puppies.  These tests are done by a veterinarian.
3. No owners are allowed in or around the breeding area. This is to assure the dogs are not stressed or distracted. Too many people make most dogs uneasy.  Under usual circumstances, we do not permit owners to observe the breeding. 
4. Your dog must be wearing a collar and leash at the time of breeding.
5. BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:
   1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
   2. Provide a 4 generation pedigree before servicing.
   3. Provide veterinary certificate of current clear Brucellosis test.
   4. Send bitch in good health and in season.
   5. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
   6. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
   7. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.
